Bad Impresion

Locate out of town not safe place and not in a walking distance as website. Only bar in that area then you need to concern for kid how they eat daily. NO esclalator we need to climb 5 floor for more than 200 steps up and down. Room is dusty and no make up room in each day. Hot water is not enough to take bath then DON'T stay in winter. We have to pay full before giving details info of room or place and transport advice - paid for map then they will tell you. Key deposit is necessary and complicated to pass 4 security door into the room. No telephone! Has TV hanging on your head by tight rope and it has NO remote control. Could you imaging how safe for sleep? Transport to airport is over charge 650Kc for 4 persons which you can find cheaper 480Kc - recommend "Smart Shuttle" reliable and on time.

Amazing bathroom

The hotel is located in a good area, and by tram just 10 minutes away from Vencelslav square! The room was good, the bed was ok, and I think the best was the bathroom, it was really nice! The receptionist was friendly! Cheap place to stay!

great for the money

The rooms were great for the money and very clean. There was 13 of us but only got 8 keys so lads got left out till others came home, not very nice when its raining and cold. The man at the check in has not got a clue,dident know that we had paid, diddent tell us were in town to go and diddent know that our breakfast was included. Told us the next day that it was even do i new it was, and out of 10 for that food 1

nice time

Just a quick message to say what a nice time my partner and I had in your wonderful city we stayed in no.14 just round the corner from Pension Prague city. The room and bathroom were very clean and the room was warm and the weather was kind . So thank you all you will be recommended by me every time. Kind regards

Fantastic

The hotel was fantastic, thank you so much. The room was very clean, nice and modern and very well kept. It might have been the language barrier but we found the reception staff a little short tempered and not too friendly.

Very noisy

Room clean, small beds, very noisy, the recepcionist is not educated not kindly, but for the price is ok. In my next trip to Praga I will never go to Pension Prague.

Ok for it's price

Nothing to complain about the room itself, it was big enough, clean and comfy. But the smaller beds in the quad rooms are not big enough for european people.

the room was nice and clean,could have been a bit bigger though.but was ok for two people.
