Very bad quality

I experienced very bad quality and conditions in the hotel. The furnitures are old, the doors do not function properly. I think the room that we have received (a tripple) was not renovated since decades. There was no running water in the room, the bath was outside and we had to close it in order to keep it for our usage only. The admininstration at the reception was not well organized. When we arrived the receptionist wanted to charge the double of the amount that we booked online. She told that there was a misunderstanding with Pragueholiday.cz The hotel's location is perfect and the personal was kind with us. Despite of this I would stay in this hotel again only in emergency cases

Wonderful

Had a great time at the Merlin. It is located very nearby the old city center and our room was spatious and clean. An extra was the bath which we didn't expect. Quiet surroundings. I would definatly book here again!

holiday

the hotel is in a lovely ld building and the rom was very big,but quite basic and we had to share a bathrm with a dribbly shower.however these nminor things do not detract frm the friendly srevice we recieved and the location is superb - you can walk everywhere,or catch the tram 100m frm the front door.I would recomend this htel if yu don't mind 'roughing it' a bit

Great budget hotel

The room was very neat (although quite warm at night) and relatively close to the city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Olden Charm

Aside from the lack of amenities like shampoo and a hair dryer, the overall feel was great. Friendly and eagerly helpful frontdesk staff. Loved my stay overall.

Review of stay in Pension

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Pension Merlin. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Definitely worth coming back to.

Too pricy for what it offers

The hotel is fine, even though some beds have REALLY bad mattresses and some bathrooms need minor repairs. The staff was helpful and they could do all we asked. All in all it is okay, but it is definitely too expensive for what it offers.

Great place great location

we stayed in November and it was pretty cold outside but our romm was great and safe and warm. Very safe with three doors to open in order to get to our room. highly reccommend it

Good Hotel

Lovely olde world hotel with lots of traditional character. Location not too bad too if you like a short walk to the main features.
