| The ratings for this pension must be false, because our stay in this place was tolerable at best! The room was filthy upon arrival and didn't get any better for the entire three nights stay. There was no phone service, email or fax available to us in the recpetion as described, and there was no breakfast buffet, either. They did bring cold cuts and stale bread every morning to our room and the staff was friendly and helpful, but the accomodations are in no way suitable to be rated a 3-star!! Maybe a half star for location and that's it! Cold shower's in an old stall in the am. was not my idea of luxury! Too many bad things to tell about the dirty room and broken down furniture, etc! This place was gross!! |

| Although the location was really good, nothing else was really good. The room was not as good as what I saw on the internet... very basic bedding and other furnishings... no foot rug in bathroom, soap & towels was more like what they provide in a budget hotel. Breakfast was ok but same everyday. Definetely not worht the price... would have opted for a different location if I knew |

| We just got back from Prague and I couldn't say enough about the Pension Alabastr. The staff was extremely helpful and polite and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning is delivered to your room at your requested time and is plenty to hold you over to lunch. The location is on a quiet street and only a short walk to Wenceslas Square or the subway. I would recommend this Pension to anyone who is looking for a good deal with all the benefits of an expensive hotel. |

| Price qualitywise is this pension excellent. Nice living room with small kitchen. Silent street, very central, excellent qnd friendly service. Only the bathroom is quite small. This is the place we will book yearly. |
