| I founded the employees helpful and service minded.
Very negative the smoking in the lobby. You hit the wall when you walk in.
The taxiservice provided by the hotel was VERY expensive. I paid 100% more than usually from Prague to Celekovice than ever before. |

| We were very happy with our accomodation at the Ibis hotel Smichov , the rooms were very comfortable and adequate for our needs. The location was fine with good transport links to the main tourist sites and very handy for shopping. We found the staff courteous and helpful and would certainly consider staying there in future. Our transport to and from the airport was very comfortable although the retun journey was a little stressful as the taxi was 30 minutes late and I had to phone to check that transport was on its way. Thankfully we were still in time for our flight. All in all we were very satisfied with rhe service we recewived and hope to return to Prague in the near future |

| The hotel was reasonably priced for the clean and modern rooms and very good breakfast. The staff was excellent and they showed patience and concern to answer any and all questions with friendliness. |

| The hotel was clean, and the rooms were very quiet. Although not exactly in the center, the location was very pratical. Its an easy walk to Prague 1, and very close to the tramlines. |
