We have just returned from our holidays in Prague. We just wanted to thank you for your help in getting us a taxi to get to the hotel on our arrival to the train station in Prague on the 29 Aug. It was quite confusing to where to get a reliable taxi. You kindly sent us a message, then called a taxi and then called us back. Again, thank you very much!

| Really special hotel. Situated in quiet spot yet only 5 minutes from Charles Bridge. Lovely ineriors and our room was very comfortable. Although we had problems with jacuzzi bath. A shower room would have sufficed, and our own tea/coffee making facilities would have been perfect. Staff ultra pleasant and very friendly. The views from restaurant/roof top terrace are spectacular, and the food delicious.

| Wonderful hotel. Great location, Friendly staff. Absolutely perfect if you want to visit Prague. Also went on to the the Mandarin Hotel, which is slicker, different, less friendly guests, and no views and would far rather have been back at the Golden Well. |

| The hotel was fantastic.
Really beautiful location, very nice staff especially the two girls serving breakfast. The only disappointing aspect for me was that we had no balcony, however we did really enjoy our stay and the complimentary fruit and water was a lovely touch and much appreciated. |
