| We liked the hotel very much concerning the rooms and all logistics conditions. We didn't like the fact that the employees don't speak english very well; the taxis requested by the hotel were not good and we could pay them with credit card. I would say that with a better service, it would much better. |

| The hotel is certainly worth the money. The breakfast offered even things for us, and we are healthy eaters. Otherwise, there are lots of cakes, cheeses, meats, and breads. The Hotel is modern, and not done in the highest quality taste, but it looks nice. The floors are old and original and beautifully restored in the lobby, and the hotel receptionists were all lovely. (Alba, Lenka, and Sona, to name a few) One of the maids broke some of our things, and didn't tell anyone, and when we brought it to the attention of the Hotel management, and after some research by them, we were quickly re-imbursed with no qustions. Our room was quiet, (in the back)and the Hotel is centrally located. Bathrooms are nice with heated floors, but our room was small. Some are much bigger. We requested a driver to pick us up, and he never showed, and we finaly took a shuttle. I have already recommended this Hotel to people who are going to Prague. I am a tour guide and I am considering Prague as a destination, and I will use this Hotel for that occassion also.
