Very good service at the office, they are willing to help as best they can, and they speak very well english. |

| The flat was basically in line with the description. One bed-room was pass-through room contrary what was promised beforehand. Everything was quite new, but the flat was also quite empty. All the furniture was newly bought from IKEA. The central location was quite helpful. The flat was not as quiet as promised, but it was ok. |

| very nice apartment.clean.close to center.problem was that price as agreed was 135eur/night but we had to pay 140eur/night without knowing why.in rest, everything was ok. |

| Location, good, a bit seedy. View from apt, nice. All else, ugh. The blinds don't work on the windows, there's brown dripping gunk on the kitchen wall, jelly on the bath wall, dust bunnies, dirty windows. Clean sheets, stained towels. Maintenance is lacking and cleanliness not a priority. |

| the neighborhood has been very noisy. Noise insulation could be improved;
internet access to be explained and documented.

| we booked a studio apartment in lipova, but were told it's fully booked so they gave us a one-bedroom apartment in principe for the the same price. the apartment is in a quite central location with a grocery nearby and some restaurants, everything was walking distance. clean rooms, but the shower drainage was clogged so we had to wait a while for the next person to take a shower. prague holiday gave good service but would suggest checking the drainage of the shower. also, there was computer in the room, but we couldn't use because of some connection problem. may use prague holiday again, but will get another apartment |
