| I was fortunate to get the top floor apartment which was very clean and quiet except for the one night when I had some very loud and wild neighbors. However, when I told the staff at Prague Holiday they quickly took care off it and my remainder of my stay was great. The staff is very helpful. |

| Shuttle service between the train and hotel is a must, very professional and helpful. Apartment had great location, central to everything atourist would want to see. Negative: Entry into the building was dirty, entry door had broken windows, had to step over pieces of wood, dark, dank, but once you got into the apartment, it was fine. The apartment was clean and large, Internet connection perfect. |
