We booked the Residence Pinkus One Bedroom Apartment but when we arrived after midnight were taken to Residence Principe with an apology about double booking. We were charged the price of Pinkus (69Euro) but were offered a 10% discount when we mentioned Principe did not have washing facilities. But after checking the website I found out that Principe is 34Euro per night. We were definitely overcharged.

great value

The apartment was very spacious (we requested a 1 bedroom but actually got a 2 bedroom) and well-equipped - even a dishwasher and computer with internet. The location is just a short walk from old town square. My only complaints are that it was too warm and we couldn\'t figure out how to turn down the heat plus the curtains weren\'t dark enough so there was too much light to sleep in.

The apartment was a great size and very central to everywhere.It needed some finishing touches in the bathroom as some things were loose. The kitchen could also be a little better equipped with utensils etc. Otherwise, my family and I thought it was wonderful. Thank you!

Good location

Nice spacious apartment. Had top floor which I suspect would be very hot in summer, but was good in late September. Royal Pub just 30m away a great place for beer and pub grub.

i would not recommend this place

i would not recommend this hotel apartment to anyone because the room we recieved look like it was just being renovated the toilet was missing from the bathroom the computer and safe deposit box had also being removed . the rooms look nothing like what was avertised i would not take my family here

Worth a stay at Residence Apartment Principe

We are very happy & satisfied to have stayed at Residence Apartment Principe. The apartment is cheap & big for 4 persons. In fact, it can accommodate 6 persons with 4 single beds & 1 double. Kitchen is well furnished with microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, hot water boiler & all utensils. TV, sofa, heater are well furnished with a PC with free internet access which is good for backpacker to search information. Tourist spots are within walking distance, just walk along the Vltava river. Shopping area is also just around the corner. & just 3-5 minutes walk you will get to tram & underground. Overall, we have a pleasant stay at Residence Apartment Principe & we will recommend our friend to stay here if price remain the same.

Large & spacious

We loved this apartment, it suited our needs perfectly. It was really large and clean. Had washing machine, dishwasher, internet access (though very slow!) Very centrally located so easy walking distance to all the sites. A little basic in furnishings, but completely adequate for our needs.
