A lovely place to stay in Prague | Guest Rating (80%) |
| Facilities are basic, however it is very comfortable and clean, staff on reception are helpful. The breakfast is ample, though nothing to write home about. If you want parking book ahead, there are only 3 places. This is a great budget place to stay 15 min walk from the centre. I will be going back and would confidently recommend this hotel. Check out the church next door where the car park is. Grandest car park I've seen and what a pair of doors! |

| The hotel was clean and breakfast was fine. A plus was that they lent us umbrelas on the rainy days. The things we didn't like were no shower curtains, the toilet needed repaired, and the shower head was hand held with a hose that was too short. There was also quite a bit of noise from the trams outside the window which would be bad for light sleepers. Overall, our stay was fine but I likely wouldn't stay there again given a choice. |

Well worth a visit | Guest Rating (100%) |
| This hotel is a bit of a gem really. Its got so much character, its in a great location, a 4 minute walk to the metro and its great value for money. The reception area also provides loads of leaflets and brochures regarding whats happening in Prague which really helped us to structure our trip. Breakfast is the usual european meats, cheeses etc but there are cereals available as well as the more traditional tea and toast. All in all I would highly reccomend HOTEL U SVATEHO JANA PRAGUE, the staff are more than helpful, the rooms are immaculatly clean, its location is great, and it provides excellent value for money. |

| I stayed for one night and thought it was charming. The room was clean and comfortable with nice white sheets and a lovely view of the church and garden.
It is a little bit spartan I suppose but we loved that. The bathroom was new and the building itself is very attractive.
The area is very interesting in itself with the church next door St John on the rock which is more beautiful inside than the stahov monastery I think and the botanical gardens just below - like a mini kew gardens.
I agree about breakfast though - it would be nicer to have smarter food and pay a little more in my view. |
