| Although the hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean, we were dissappointed with the food in the dining room which was not of the standard expected from a five star hotel.
Another area of concern for us was that upon departure the receptionist refused to give us an invoice or bill but said the amount had been taken from our credit card. We would have prefered to have a written confirmation of the amount we were to pay. No total was known until our credit card arrived, which was more than the rate we were informed of upon booking. |

| Lovely hotel, good sized rooms all with fab views. Nice pool area with loungers, 2 restaurants/bars, friendly staff. However expensive to get taxis from airport and to city centre. Train to Prague about £1 but station approx 1km away down a fairly steep hill - fine on the way there not good on the way back. Great hotel to relax and sit in the sun but not ideal if you plan on visiting city centre every day. |
