ery nice stay at Rott

Our group of 10 persons had a very nice stay at Rott. We all have a wish to come back asap. But you should do someting with your Internet-connection, which was out of function at our stay. This might be of great importance for some of your guests! The breakfast service could have been better.

Great location in the centre of the old town, and the staff was really helpful. Only downside was the noise from the next room.

ideally located

The hotel was ideally located and the rooms were well decorated and furnished. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor negative point was the breakfast. There were not enough tables so people were often waiting for a seat. One morning we arived 30 minutes before the end of breakfast and only just managed to get the food.(Others didn't as the staff offered no flexibility on closing time.) Still we thought it very good value.

Location perfect; room and service good value for the money. Perhaps a bit more attention to the quality of the towels. Breakfastroom too small to seat all, but the breakfast itself OK, if you don't mind complete self-service. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who likes to be in the center of town, in a nice setting for a very reasonable price

excellent location

location is excellent, 30sec walking distance to old town square. The room is infact bigger than expected and it is clean. The staff at the reception are really friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast was rather disappointing as it closes at 10 am straight and doing the clean up 10-15mins before the closing down time. There was refurbishment occuring when i went there and it was rather annoying when they started work at 9am and literally woke me up. I was waken up twice by the cleaning staff coming into my room in the morning without considering whether we are in there or not. But overall, it is a rather nice hotel and with reasonable price. What more can you ask for?

Hotel Rott

Location superb. Accommodation fine, though soundproofing abysmal (good job we're not prudish). Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast a problem. Food was OK, but the system lacks any element of personal service. On Sunday we had to queue because the restaurant simply wasn't big enough to accommodate the guests. No one seemed to know what was going on or to be in charge. The staff's job seemed to be just clearing away, and they clearly were not enjoying it. The coffee machine (strictly self service only) ran out though after about 10 minutes it was refilled. Having said that, we may just have struck a bad day, and I would certainly go back for the location alone. But no way does the service rate the 4 stars attributed to it.

We have had two wonderful nights at Hotel Rott, it could not be better placed in the middle of the heart from Ptraha, close to most of the things you have to see, it was cleaned an have a good atmosphere, breakfast was more then excellent, only complain was that the parking fee from the Hotel was circa 33 EUR per night.

I loved this hotel

Very nice, clean Hotel with excellent breakfast included and there could not be a better location. Very good value for the location. Beds were not very comfortable, but the staff was helpful booking tours.

Hotel Rott

Hotel was in a perfect location for sightseeing. Room was very clean and newly decorated. Breakfast (included) was very good - plentiful and varied. I'd use the hotel again if I came back to Prague.

It's a very cosy and clean hotel, in the most suitable place in Prague for visiting anywhere!I also believe that the staff needs to be more accomodating.
