I was with a group of friends and the triple room we booked was very dissapointing. It was a double room with a roll out sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the room had a huge great pillar in the middle of the floor. This was very inconvenient for 3 adults as there was very little floor space in the room. The only good feature that the hotel has is its location. I would say that the only good feature for this hotel is its location.

We spent few days in this wonderful hotel and with the exception of the sofa bed in the apartment suite everything else was really as advertised. We (family of four) stayed in the apartment suite and the sofa bed was really uncomfortable to sleep in. After long day of walks you really need a good bed to rest, not a sofa bed. The breakfast buffet and the service was great.

Very good hotel. Excellent location. Wonderful breakfast (both choice of food and the room itself). The electronic lock at the entrance does not work properly, need to try several times to open the door.

Injured Twice, Outrageous Price for Water

I was injured twice in the hotel room. There is an unmarked step in the room that you do not notice if you are carrying luggage. I also hurt my ankle in the shower as you drop down a distance that is much larger than the height you step over. The cost for one litre of water is 1,950 crowns which well over ten dollars. ATROCIOUS RIP OFF. I found a large hair clip on the floor so the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The location is perfect. The hotel staff were fluent in English and helpful. The breakfast was fairly good but had less service (get your own coffee and refills)than at other European hotels. Bed not quite up to standard. Safe in room but no coffee maker. Great location but it is not a four star hotel.

For Nov 07 this was an excellent hotel and the location right beside the old town square made it an ideal place to be located . New renovations made this hotel a pleasure in which to stay with very friendly staff and a great breakfast. Highly recommended as a choice hotel.

Excellent location and good value overall	Guest Rating (70%)
The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic - just two minutes from the Old Town square, and central for everything Prague has to offer. The room was a little on the small side, but was modern, tidy and clean. The breakfast was good, served in a very nice, modern vaulted basement, and overall we thought the hotel was good value.

The elevator (one of the two)was out of order. Daniel at the front desk was VERY RUDE!!!! I took his name specifically beacause of this, we asked for some help with our lost luggage and he flatly said he would not help he was too busy..no one else was even checking in at the time.I will give it 80%. On the other hand the Hotel Romance we stayed at is a firm 100%. Sincerely. Mrs. Kharchenko

you can't ask for a better location...breakfast included is always nice and this one had a good selection...the front desk staff was generally ok...one girl stood out as extremely helpful and pleasant...wanted to use internet, but drawer with cards was locked and staff on duty did not have the key...this was not good....good shower and good hairdryer....would definetely go back and recommend to friends

We found the hotel to be absolutely excellent. Very clean. Good service. Perfect location. Heated bathroom floors is a luxury! The food in the restaurant was excellent. 8 a.m. breakfast did not cause us to run into problems finding a table. If I were to go back to Prague or recommend a hotel to anyone, this would be it.
