awful hotel olympic

The worst hotel I ever stayed at...morose staff,.Breakfast eggs FULL of egg shells. People turning pancakes (in dirty clothes) using there bare hand to help ...ugh. stale cakes. Altogether very primitive and unpleasant place to stay

Very strange staff at this hotell. No feeling for service, very poor english, and no smiles or hellos for the guests. Bad quality in breakfast

Never a WIN WIN

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel it was ok. You get your money's worth. I must agree staff is not supportive or helpfull. My walet was pick pocketed at this hotel during a buffet breakfast. Heads up to all becaus the staff does not check to see if everyone sitting for breakfast is an actual guest.

sono stata in questo hotel lo scorso anno nella prima settimana di marzo. una cosa certa è che non ci metterò mai più piede. trovarsi in 4 in camera ed avere a disposizione 2asciuagamani in tutto è vergognoso e se li si richiedeva nn venivano portati. trovare i vermi tra le lenzuola,sparivano gli oggetti dalle camere come per magia....il mio voto è stato ZERO per queste ragioni.

Most Unfriendly Hotel

My husband & I just returned from 3 nights in Olympik. Hotel staff NEVER smiled, NEVER said "hello" or "good morning" and when we asked for directions or restaurant recommendations they wouldn't even bother. Also: breakfast is from 6:00-10:00, but when we came down at 8:15 on the 1st morning, there was hardly any food left. They have a certain amount of food and when it's gone IT'S GONE!! They don't replace any of the food. They charge you for each piece of luggage that you want to store until you leave for the airport!!!!!!!! There is no air conditioning in the lobby or anywhere in the hotel, except your room, and the staff are the rudest people I have EVER met in all my travels. Avoid this hotel!!

The worst hotel I have ever satyed !!! Dirty, terrible accomodation, workers ALWAYS in a bad mood and bad food (I couldn't eat the breakfast because of the dirty). My rate is ZERO !!!!! But I cant put it !!!

The Olympik Hotel

Dear Sir: I have rarely had the opportunity to rate a hotel like the Olympik. I have traveled the world and stayed in many countries. The Olympik Hotel is one of the poorest run and stocked hotels I have ever encountered. The sheets on the beds were not changed daily, there wasn't an iron on the premises for ironing clothes, nor was there a wash machine for cleaning your clothes. I couldn't order a light coke (or any other drink that would be considered diet) because the hotel doesn't stock that drink. Of course water is a diet drink but I prefer other items. I was visiting with a friend at the Olympik, and as soon as she left for home, I left for another hotel............the Diplomat. Probably the worst problem I encountered was the air conditioning. Mostly, it didn't work. But the greatest problem was they turn off the air conditioning in the evening hours and don't turn it back on until the morning. My total experience with the Olympik hotel was unacceptable, and I certainly would not recommend it to my friends that travel. I would suggest that you stop using the hotel in your promotions. I have echoed the feelings of many other people in this email. I would consider the Olympik in the lowest 10% of hotels.

Hotel Olympik

Enjoyed an excellent stay at the hotel. Found rooms good and staff willing to accommodate any food requests especially in the evening. Location good for travelling into the city by Metro. Taxi service to and from airport was first class.
