| Arriving at Novotel Prague from Novotel Munich was a big disappointment. Whereas Munich was superb, very stylish, Prague was nothing better than Ibis or other low budget hotels. The pool and spa were cold all the time... ice-cold!, breakfast was really poor, scrambled eggs that were so fluffy it looked like water, there were no twin rooms even though we booked it and got a stretcher and a bed. Overal the quality was really poor compared to Munich. The staf in Prague were really unfriendly, except for the manager and the cleaning ladies, but in Munich you were greeted with a smile. In prague you were wondering if you had done something wrong, the way they looked at you. Novotel Munich was a 95% but Prague 20% not a bit more. I wont everbe staying at the hotel when visiting Prague. |
