Hotel is closed but still took my money | Guest Rating (10%) |
| I arrived at hotel as advised on my booking at around 1130pm to find it closed and there was only a builder at the site.. I was forced to find another hotel even tho they took my money in full. I was never warned of the situation and as i had to book another hotel with late notice i had to pay a lot more. Definitely will not recomend this hotel to anyone beware it is a scam. |

| Satisfying comfort and quite good breakfast. The tramway lines that stop very near lead to the very center of Prague in about 10 or 15 minutes. The metro is less easy to reach, but the tramway is fine anyway. We can buy transport tickets at the reception of the Hotel, and there is a cash machine in front of the entrance. Very useful ! |
