Stay away from this hotel!!!! TERRIBLE HOTEL !!!

I have booked rooms for a group of 7 adults Received last confirmation for my reservations 3 days before arriving and everything was in order. Whenarrived, found that our reservation is cancelled, because they had a big group arriving... We were offered another hotel which was no way a proper substitute. Furthermore, the clerk told us that our second reservation (10 days later - 6 Jun) is also not valid!!! After being thrown out, we have spent a lot of time looking for a decent hotel, carrying our luggage after a long sleepless night and a long flight. When at last we found a hotel, we had to pay more then we had planned. We had a lot of grief, expenses and time wasting.

peaceful and satisfying - except breakfast

indeed a peaceful and cosy hotel which needs a matching breakfast quality: Serve decent orange juice instead of watery orangeade! do not boil eggs on and on! A special egg-boiler should meet the taste of any customer who likes a soft-boiled egg - even at a considerably lower energy cost. friendly and attentive staff! clean and tidy rooms!

situated within walking distance to all the points of interest. Calm hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. But breakfast is horrible.

A hotel to visit again

A lovely, neat, well kept hotel. The room was big enough. Very clean and always neatly tidied when we came back after an exhausted day. I read reviews before we visited and many complained about the breakfast. Well, no complaints from us. A good enough breakfast for a 3 star. Good variety and enough to eat. Friendly front desk staff who can speak English. One request though, can someone ask the staff who starts preparing the breakfast at 06h00 to wear soft heel shoes. At 06h00 in the morning I do not wish to be awoken by their pacing up and down from the kitchen to the diner. Otherwise a superb hotel in brilliant location.

Hotel Kampa Garden

Hotel suited in Prague center, still at a very quiet site. A clean and modern hotel with all basic facillities including free internet. Friendly staff.

Prague holiday

The Kampa Garden Hotel was a good base during our holiday. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not special but okay. Waht we enjoyed most was the very quiet location on the lovely Kampa Island.Good value for money in that busy city.
