Our Family stayed in the hotel for3 days. excellent hotel. Extremely responsive staff that was allways attentive and helpful.This is the hotel I will allways try to stay in. |

| We stayed, in executive suire, which wasnt properly cleaned. What ever we asked for was never done excatly the way we asked(three towels in stead of 4 etc). Th eservice was poor or the highest satisfactory. The numerous questions on different forms, which employee "bowled you over" Who cares! I thought the Hotels was for customers not to promote the staff!! The best waiter is the one you dont notice! |

| The Hilton Prague Hotel offers excellent facilities, with large clean spacious rooms and a clean and well maintained swimming pool, sauna and gym. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent with a large choice consisting of varied selections of hot food (bacon, eggs, mushrooms etc) to cold items (ham, salmon, fresh fruit - a continental type breakfast).
The hotel, although not within walking distance to the Old Town Square, is conveniently located next to the Metro Station, which runs nearly every five minutes and is very cheap!
The only downside to the hotel is the price of beer at the bar, which is very expensive compared to the prices of pubs and bars in the centre of town.
An excellent hotel, excellent facilities and rooms. Will definately be going back!

| Excellent hotel. Great facilities. Close enough to walk to centre or to metro. Own taxi service with fixed rates. Very courteous staff. Hotel being refurbished. Prague holiday service very efficient too. Will go back. Great location for a short break. |

| The staff at Hilton Prague is very accommodating and courteous. The complimentary breakfast consists of varied selections from hot to cold items. We also enjoyed the food at the Czech House.
The hotel, although not a walking distance to the Old Town Square, is conveniently located next to the Florence Metro Station. Cab is quite inexpensive, as well. However, parking in the hotel is costly.
We had an enjoyable stay. |
