| We enjoyed our stay in your hotel, and your town. We will recommend your hotel to our friends. Always smiling receptionists.
Your taxidrivers was very nice. They took us to the railwaystation and also to the airport.
We have only one thing to complain about during our stay in Prague, but it has nothing to do with you.
When we arrived Prague on May 1., we had an AAA Taxi from airport to your hotel. The taxidriver was an angry and unpolite guy. I'm sorry we did not have his name, so we could complain directly to AAA. |

| the electricity was not working when i first arrived. the pillows were poor quality. the television is old. no airconditioning in the summer. no good bread in the morning. |

| Hotel is on very good location to see inner city of Prague. Rooms are sufficient, but I missed little fridge (or mini bar) in rooms I stayed in. Second trip I stayed in bigger room with bad/shower. Here i missed shower curtain or glass screen to avoid getting whole bath room wet. But these are minor points for improvement, in total stay in this hotel was good. Next Time when I will be in Prague and in need of Hotel, I will surely book this hotel again. |
