| Really great, probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Great building, room, staff, breakfast, location, etc.
Also, the free use of laptops and dvds were an excellent benefit. |

| This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring the beautiful city of Prague. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is comfortable. Iwould recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. |

| Fantastic location! A stones throw away from the old town square. Very individual rooms with lots of original features. Stairs up to rooms very tiring- keeps you fit! Receptionists extremely helpful |

| Helpful staff, great location, clean room... we liked the hotel however, we were surprised to be charged extra 3% to pay by credit card which we hadn't been informed either on the booking form or in the confirmation email. |

| Very efficent booking process - quick and easy to use.
Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
Room alittle dark as no outside windows but interesting feature of the glass ceiling bath which was fun!
Drinks cabinet was not too costly.
Breakfast could of had more variation with the different cold meats and cheese.
Overall excellent location and fantastic holiday -would come again.

| Good location. Comfortable room. Breakfast ... I've had better. Also, I paid by credit card on line but the hotel still asked for a premiium for paying by visa. I protested and they agreed not to charge, but wanted to. |
