Excellent location. Comfortable, large and clean rooms. Nice historical atmosphere. Kindly stuff. Negatively, too much stairs, no elevators and no bellboys to carry luggage. No shampoo at the shower. I choose HOTEL AT THE THREE DRUMS for the next Prague visit too.

I found the people who worked for prague holiday very professional. The hotel was perfect, spot on! Had a romantic valentines break in the beautiful city. If one likes to keep to themseleves on holidays like I do you will love this hotel. Hot water, large room, comfortable, quiet for its location, cheerful receptionists and over all enjoyable!

Magic hotel

Perfect place, friendly staff, cute room under the roof, wooden ceiling, ... The missing 10% to get perfection being the noise you can hear from the other rooms (especially when you have careless neighbours). Anyway, a real great place !

Don't book the attic rooms.

The hotel has no restaurant or bar, and the reception area is very small and uninviting. We were given our room which was up in the attic and we had to climb, which seemed 100 stairs. When we reached our apartment, out of breath, we had to climb a further steep staircase to our room. The triple room was a double bed with single sofa made up as a bed. The bathroom was at the foot of the stairs at the entrance to our room. This proved to be very inconvenient when I needed to go to the loo in the middle of the night. This room is not ideal for either the young or the old. When I complained, and asked for another room, the receptionist told me the hotel was fully booked and while she could recommend another hotel, we would be charged for the three nights we had booked at the Three Drums Hotel. I asked to speak to the manager. Eventually we were given two rooms for 2 nights of our stay. This was not ideal as we wanted to be together. The hotel rooms were sufficient, although there was no shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, which is essential, especially since we are restricted carrying anything of these items in our hand luggage. The towels were hard and grey looking and were only provided with one small bath towel and one hand towel. At six o'clock each morning, the noise from the hotel's yard, was terrible. The breakfast room was cramped and very little choice. The good points were that the hotel was in a good location, just around the corner from the Old Town Square. They also loan laptops to use during your stay, which was useful to find out where to visit and booking restaurants.

only very minor niggles, Our room (4) in the annexe was very quiet and comfortable. Have got used to having tea/coffee in room, so take a travel kettle if you are desperate! Breakfast very good

Really great, probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Great building, room, staff, breakfast, location, etc. Also, the free use of laptops and dvds were an excellent benefit.
