| Hotel staff were as helpfull and reliable as one of the family.
Hotel is well reached by all means of public transport.
Housekeeping is superb.
Breakfast is good and enough to sustain you throught the day. |

| Hotel was clean and all the staff was helpful except for one blonde waitress at breakfast. The television did not work and only the 4th floor has air conditioning. I will not stay there again until ALL floors have air conditioning and the hotel web site should state that clearly. The best part of the hotel was the staff and location, very close to the center. |

| Very nice small hotel near the Old Town. Metro station and tram stop just around the corner. The room was spacy with a/c, everything was very clean, the bfst enough for us, staff helpful and kind. Absolutely good value for money. |

| The hotel is clean, the personnel is very friendly and helpful.
My room did not have air conditioning, which can be a problem in summer.
The furniture in the room was a little bit old, but I this was compensated with the cleanliness of the room. |

| This is the perfect place, close to the city center but in quiet street. Breakfast is delicios, the staff is helpful and pleasant.
Also the pillows were great ! :) |

| We arrived in Prague after a night on a train. The staff were so accommodating and the breakfast so delicious!! We loved every aspect of our time. Beautiful, comfortable rooms! Great location!! |

| No air conditioning meant opening all bedroom windows at night in hot weather and although a side street it was very noisy in a bedroom facing the street throughout the night. Staff very helpful and accommodation clean. |

| Very quiet location. The hotel is quite confortable, rooms are renewed and also the breakfast is very good.
