| If I would have known the hotel did not have an elevator.... I think you should let people know when they reserve..
The breakfast was so, so and the location unbeatable, that is what is really good about the hotel price-location. |

| This is a comfortable and friendly hotel well situated for the Old Town. But we had a room that faces the street (Dlouha)which can get very noisy at night. There are benches right opposite the hotel where noisy youths congregate and on one occasion were still there at 4am! The noise can be heard even through the hotel's (old) double windows. This is obviously not the hotel's fault, but it should consider installing extra (modern) double glazing and fitting air conditioning to the front rooms. Alternatively, make sure that you insist on a room at the back!

| Kleine Zimmer, relativ sauber, durchschnittlicher technischer Zustand, Frühstück nur bis 9:30 Uhr. Reklamationen wurden zur Kenntnis genommen und nicht reagiert. Ich war aufgrund einer defekten Tür eine knappe halbe Stunde im Bad eingeschlossen (Glücklicherweise hatte ich mein Handy dabei!). Die Tür wurde nicht repariert. Es gab keine Entschuldigung, kein Zimmerwechsel, keinen Preisnachlass, nichts! Meine Reklamation beim Check-Out wurde beantwortet mit: "Wir haben kein Zimmer frei. Sie können sich schriftlich beschweren. Da sind Sie nicht der erste. Auf wiedersehen." Wir haben nur 50m weiter ein Hotel für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Prag gefunden. Mit Frühstück bis 12:30 Uhr und sehr nettem Personal. |

| Refuge on a very wet afternoonn. The cafe was serving HOT soup. The breakfast had a wide choice.Room excellent andn reception staff very helpful |

| the last time we stayed in your holiday I gave 10 but unfortunately the noise level has risen in the front street. Not the hotels fault but we slept with the windows closed and the fan going to ensure a good nights sleep. Otherwise the hotel is excellent. I would still pick this hotel to stay in , it is in an ideal location, very clean, good breakfast and the staff are lovely. Take ear plugs just in case and you will enjoy Prague at any time. |

| Our Daughter arranged this hotel for us as it was our 60th wedding anniversary, hotel was very central also staff were very nice they arranged two trips for us, requested a low floor,and the room was very good. Breakfast great,thank you Antik Hotel |
