| First, this hotel, while promoted as a Best Western, has not had any affiliation with Best Western for 2 years now. This is extremely misleading and false advertising. Second, upon check in, the hotel did not want to accept our prepaid reservation from Prague Holiday. They isisted upon cash. It took over an hour and multiple phone calls from the hotel manager to Prague Holiday to straighten it out. Third, the air conditioning in the room did not work and there was no offer from the hotel to fix it. They recommended that we open the windows! Lastly, internet access was intermittent and only available in their lobby. I wish I had better things to say about this hotel, but I do not. Skip it. There are much nicer hotels available in the beautiful town of Karlovy Vary. |
