Good hotel

We have been here recently for 2 nights in may. The location is great. Just a couple of minutes walking to the public transport wich you only needed if you want to go out of the city centre. Also a good connection to the airport Wich take no more than 40 minutes. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The rooms are fine; no less (good beds, clean and complete) and no more (not luxury and thin-walled although we slept well). Very good price-quality ! Recommended.

Good place to be

Very friendly and helpful people who work there. very good located. breakfast was also vey good. rooms in the basement are cheaper but not good for a loner stay (more than 1 night). everything else perfect! would recooment this to everyone!

Good stay

We stayed 7 nights and considered it value for money. Rooms simple but comfortable. Only hotel in Czech where we had tea making facilities and fridge in the room. Well done. Could be noisy as the doors required a solid bang to close and this echoed down the stairwell. Breakfast was adequate but the sausages were often placed in the server cold and were not nice to eat.Staff were alsways friendly, pleasant and helpfull. Hotel within walking distance of all tourest quarters and transport and reasonably pricded restaurants. A good stay.

Value for Money

I had a reservation for family at Residence Bene Prague.Quite unfortunately we did not confirm the reservation before arrival. The receptionist was kind enough to arrange an accomodation at Hotel Rubicon. She was very helpul and Kind.Please remember to confirm your booking!!!

Hotel Bene

The worst possible stay in Prague. Unknowlegeable recepionist, yet patient, to start with. Then I couldnt sleep for two nights because there was a construction going on in the building and it was noisy like I had never been exposed to! Finally, they refused to give any discount to make up for their abject service and high rates, if u consider the cost-benefit.

Great Hotel and Great Location

The location of this hotel is excellent for those who want to see the old part of Prague but only have a few days. Dlouha street is very close to the winding streets and sublime architecture Prague is reknowned for. Another great aspect of Hotel Bene is the cleaning staff there. They did an excellent job of keeping us in clean towels, bedding, emptying our trash bins, and replenishing to toilet paper. In my opinion, for the price, the Hotel Bene is well worth it.

Simple rooms and decent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location if youre gonna wander around Old Town.
