1 Star at a push!

We arrived at this hotel on a friday evening, check in was fine and the receptionist was very polite. Bit put off with having to go back on the street to get to our rooms. The corridor smelt of Cannabis. Our friends bedroom window was smashed and when we reported this they already knew about it and nothing had been done. The 3 bed rooms were very very basic and no hairdryer supplied as stated on the site we booked from (Drama). The outside street was exceptionally noisy. Breakfast was swimming in grease and should we go to an alternative it was a 10 min walk. Needless to say I would not return here and have stayed at far nicier hotels in prague.

dont do it to your self

On arrival we were quite happy with the hotel as its in a good location, though as the sun sets it looses all of its positive qualities. the blinds pratically block out no light and the noise from the street sounds like nocternal construction only bearable noise cancelling ear plugs. We were staying for two nights, but to our dismay on arriving back at the hotel lobby at 4.30pm of the second day. We were told that our room had been sold to someone else off the street as there was a communication error. Our belongings which were scattered in a personal fashion around our room, had been rifeled through and dumped in our bags then stuffed in the lobby. After speaking with the manager on the phone it became clear that this is not the first time this has happened, and she made no attempt to retify the reputation of the hotel in any way. so as we are now homeless for the night prior patrian i rate this hotle 1 out of 10 and would rather sleep in the gutter as at least i know the gutter will be there tomorrow.

rubbish

the hotel was nice and well kept all though the toilet didnt flush properly. its very noisy and the orange curtains barely cover the light flowing through at night. the staff seem friendly although are incapable of taking simple instructions/requests. we arranged to stay two nights although when we arrived back on the second day they told us they had reserved the room for someone else even though we were paying twice as much for it and had requested the both nights. as it happens they had to remove our stuff and place it in reception until we came back. which means we had all our personal belongings touched and packed for us. which is totally inappropriate for a hotel. i found it invasive and all in all quite rubbish.

pension accord

I had a fine time at this hotel over about 7 days . The staff were superb and as i required some extra assistance on another matter i can only recommend them greatly. Thanks girls for all your assistance.

Very good!

The hotel is clean, very well located, and the staff is helpful. Breakfasts are nearby at Red Hot and Blue and they are fine. The beds are comfortable, the hot water is hot, and the value is good. This should be on the short list for a trip to Prague.

no fridge, no internet connection or at least master PC at the reception, no reception services after 10:00 am!!!! no iron at the room, no AC.... am sorry, i am not happy about it. thanks

Great location

I stayed at this pension over a busy Easter weekend; had a spaceous tripleroom with 2 other friends. Central location and friendly receptionist. Good value for money.

close to train station - 10 minutes by walk. you are in the old city already. 1 of the best breakfest ever... unbelieveable... this site gave us a great deal 69eu a night include breakfest worth of 20euro for both of us! great
