| Hi,
I enjoyed my stay there. It was cheap accommodation in a great location, and as such I was very happy with it.
My room, 21 - had a bathroom tap that was a bit stiff - you might want to get a plumber to look at it. I think the shower tap might needs looking at too.

| It was a great location for exploring Prague. The accommodation was basic but clean. We were 3 single females and had an apartment at the back which we found very quiet. |

| The location was wonderful, but noises from the street required us to keep the windows closed at night. This resulted in the room becoming stuffy. The pension was clean, but not well maintained. I have stayed in much better places for less money. |

| I chose this pension primarily because of the central location, and it did not fail to please in that respect.
However, the state of the pension was a bad standard, it was tatty and worn and in desperate need of repair.
The first room we were booked into, the window did not open at all and the heating could not be adjusted (it was incredibly hot) so we were moved to a second room.
In the second room the door handle came off in my hand, the curtain rail fell down when we drew the curtain, and my bed smelt so badly of urine that I had to ask again to move beds. I would not stay in this pension nor recommend it to anyone else. All the beds were stained and disgusting.
Although we experienced this, the staff were extreemly helpful, knowledgable and moved rooms and beds very promptly when we complained about the above problems.
The pension does without a doubt need some money investing in it.
