| I found the arrangement of the Booking for the InterContinental Hotel in Prague to be excellent. However, there are two negative points:
1. As I was staying at the InterContinental Hotel, I expected that my Airport Collection would be by Executive Car, rather than Standard Taxi - A small but important point, as this was meant to be a 'Top Class Weekend
2. I arranged for a VIP Night Out on Saturday 8/12, via the VIP link on the Pragueholiday.cz website. However, despite several attempts on my part to contact the person organising the VIP Evening, my calls were not returned, and the promised 8pm pickup for 8 hours on 8/12 did not happen. This rather ruined the evening for myself anf my Girlfriend, as we then had to make out own arrangements at the last minute. I expected better treatment than this. I still do not know if I will be charged for this service, but if I am, I will be seeking a refund from the person whom I originally contacted.
Other than these two points, I was extremely happy with the Booking via Pragueholiday.cz, and Mr. Peter Leng was extremely helpful - the VIP Package situation had nothing to do with Peter, and I do not blame him in any way for what happened.
I simply wish the Prague Holiday Team "Vesele Vanoce", and a wonderful New Year.
