| much noice at night, lots of drunken people,slamming in the doors in the middle of night ,unfriendly reception the only words in english was money,we will never stay there again |

We reserved room 4, you confirmed that but we had not this room but a quite bad room.
The receptionist was very unfriendly with this problem and dind not wanz to find a solution to our problem
Noise during nignht and ealry in the morning, doors noises and people speaking too loud. |
