| Very good location so as to be easy to access all the sight points in Prague. Very convenient to bus station and metro. Clean room. Very big triple room. It's better if it can provide water-boiler, minibar. |

| Dear IBIS Hotel manager,
I was a guest in your hotel between September 18th and 24th - in room
426, which I shared with Mrs. Mitalia Rubin.
I would like to commend your staff for their excellent service. When
I planned my trip I originally asked for a 4 star hotel and was a bit
reluctant to take a 3 star IBIS, but the travel agent Dina said that
I would not be sorry - and indeed I will be very happy to recommend
your hotel to all my friends when they plan a trip to Prague.
