| I booked a single room and found the service and staff very nice. The location is very easy a short walk to the National Theatre and all the sights. The reception and breakfast personnel were all professional and helpful. I should have asked for help with the heat because it did get quite cold in the evening but perhaps I didn't know how to increase the heat. I recommend it highly as it was safe, friendly, on a lovely street with daily city life and comfortable. |

| My room no. 27 just opposite to a street. Although there are double windows, I still heard a bit noisy from the traffic. Luckily, it's not so disturbing and I can sleep quickly and sweetly |

| I had a great experience with the Hotel Colloseum. My room was large, clean, and nicely decorated; the concierges were helpful and helped me get an inexpensive ride to the airport; and the location was pretty perfect (close to Stare Mesto, but it encouraged me to spend a little more time going to microbreweries in Nove Mesto, which I recommend). Overall, not a particularly frilly place, but nicer than I\\\'d expect for the price. |

| The rooms are renovated and look very nice and comfortable. The bathroom looks very nice also, and practical.
There is only one reason why I rated 90% and not 100%: The rooms with the windows on the main street side are a bit noisy, because the windows of those rooms are old (wood) windows and don't offer much noise protection. But the other rooms (not on the main street side) are very quite and pleasant ones. There you can even make a complete dark environment during night. The hotel service is very nice and pleasant. And the breakfast is fresh, and you can choose whatever you like. |

The regular checkin time was only 2:30pm. I arrived Prague early by 8:30am with my family. After requesting for immediate room, the receptionist / Manager arranged a room and allowed me to checkin at 9:30am.
/2/ Next day due to my fault, I didn\\\'t turn the water heater in my room, so we couldn\\\'t use the shower due to freezing cold. Again the reception has given me another room only for the shower.
/3/ In all the ways they attract the customer and the service is the best for the good price. |
