| 1. unfriendly and rude staff except 1 administrator
2. broken furniture in the room
3. advance booking preferrances ignorance

| Stayed there from 30 October for 1 week. The staff were very friendly but the hotel was not clean. It was halloween but don't think the many cobwebs on the bathroom ceiling were for decoration. Towels and bedding were not changed while I was there and the floor had looked like it had never been cleaned. Breakfast was Ok, but bowl of apples were not fresh (dried and wrinkle). |

| A lot of dust under the bed (double room/separate beds)..the second morning we didn't have breakfast because all the bread was 'dissapeared' (by the other guests, so said the receptionist). We arrived at 09.40 at breakfast (buffet opened until 10 o' clock)and we could only drink bad coffee and cold thee, no bread (the receptionist had placed apples instead of bread and she told us that it was impossible to find other bread because it was sunday and everything was closed, so we had to eat outside and spent a lot of money again).
For €180 for 2 persons for 2 nights I expect a nice breakfast (with bread). Nobody came to change the towels or make the bed...
