| I spent four nights in the Ibis Karlin, and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes walk from the Old Town Square, and trams 8 and 24 will whisk you there in 5 minutes. The rooms are large and clean, the decor could do with some revamping, but all-in-all I would stay there again. Breakfast buffet is very good and included in the price. |

| I totaly suggest not to go to this hotel.
it has very bad cleaning and unprofessional personel.Because they didn't give right information from the reception and they lie for making us reservation for dinner, we pay twice for our flight tickets and we spend the 1st year's eve walking in the streets of Prague. We also pay a lot for taxi because hotel is far away from the center.
We had shower with cold water and the heating in the room is upon request to the rude and unproffesional front office department. They only know to suggest prostitutes to my husband in front of me. Only one boy in the bar, named Jan was nice and friendly.
I hate Prague because of this hotel. |
