| My partner and I went to Prague for a romantic weekend. We choose the Hotel Expo because it was recommended by our local travel agent. Upon arrival the staff were nice and friendly which soon changed. The reception staff were so rude and unhelpful. When we asked for a menu the restaurant staff were reluctant to serve us because the restaurant was closing within 30 minutes. They started shouting which was very unplesant for both my partner and I. It spoilt our holiday and i definitely would not recommend the Hotel Expo to anyone. |

| Following recomendation and booking of hotel by organisers for my partner and her sister who followed instructions and made sure that requests for taxi's were put through hotel, my partners sister was 'RIPPED OFF' and 'FLEECED' by a hotel taxi driver who charged her 10 times the correct fare on her first day bu herself when my partner was in hospital, I hope it chokes the staff members who got there cut of the fare! |

| We would just like to say thank you for making our stay very pleasant and for getting the Air-conditioning fixed quickly. We are not use to having such high temperatures.
We enjoyed our trip and will certainly recommend the Hotel the other friends. |
