| For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Elegant in Prague. The people working at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice and clean.
The only two issues that we had were that we ate in the hotel restaurant and it took over an hour to get our dinners. During that time, the waiter didn't come out to check on us and we almost decided to walk out and skip dinner because it was taking so long.
The second issue was that we were charged 418ck for a local 20 minute phone call. This seemed really, really high to us.
