| Everything was excellent, except from the heating/cooling of the room. It was much to hot and the windows could not be opened. |

| Windows that cannot be opened (allegedly due to some security reasons). Hence no fresh air, but the aircon. You feel like in a cage and can test wether you suffer from claustrophobia or not. This \"detail\" made an overall impression very dissapointing. |

| My rating would have been 100 % but for the lack of water pressure in my shower - which after a long, cold, rainy day in Prague would have really helped! I think it was because I was on a higher floor because other people in the hotel on lower floors reported the pressure being just fine. |

| We stayed in Mercure city center from 16th august to 21 august 2005. Everything is great! Hotel is located only 5 minutes from the main city square and Tyn Church and Astronomical clock. If you want to see whole Prague, you can do it from this hotel on foot without any problem. Rooms are small, but very confortable and massage shower is great. When i come to Prague again i will shurely stay again in this hotel! Keep up the good work!!! |
