Not perfectly cleaned. The service very poor, nervous (one exception). The breakfast room - a woman very, very, very rude!!! She shouted at the children and looked at everyone as at a thief (complaining from the kids). She shouted at my guest (an adult) that came too late for breakfast while on the first day we were told that breakfast is from 7.30 to 10.30. My guest came at 9.40 but half an hour after the group. I was told that the children ate too much!! She said in my presence that she should have prepared a continental breakfast not buffet!! Then she would have saved. She treated my guests as worse clients. She has problems with remembering who pays whom. Sorry for that but it really was not nice to crash into her. I asked for a phone number to the owner or manager of the hotel (to make a complain) but she and the woman at the desk refused to give it to me. Hope you pass on my remarks to the manager of the hotel.
